Appointment & Booking Policy
At Velvet Couture Medspa, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest level of care and maintain availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking policies below.
Deposits
A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service or treatment total at the time of your visit. Deposits are required to ensure dedicated time for each client and to maintain the integrity of our schedule.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules may change. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment changes. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Missed appointments (no-shows) will also result in loss of the deposit. A one-time courtesy reschedule is permitted if notice is provided within the required timeframe.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for paperwork and to ensure your appointment begins promptly. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or require rescheduling.
Policy Acknowledgment
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. These policies allow us to provide a seamless and elevated experience while respecting every client’s scheduled time. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Velvet Couture Medspa reserves the right to refuse future bookings for repeated cancellations or missed appointments.
