How the Tox Bank Works
Your monthly membership payment is banked as a treatment credit toward your future tox appointments.
When it’s time for your appointment, your banked credit is applied toward your treatment. If your treatment total is more than your available balance, you simply pay the difference at checkout.

Memberships are activated by our team. Call or text 346-375-8965, or ask your provider at your next visit.
Membership terms
Tox Bank Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. Monthly credits may be used toward neurotoxin treatments only. Credits may roll over while the membership is active. Credits do not convert to cash and are non-transferable. Member pricing is only available while the membership is active. If the membership is cancelled, unused credits expire. Memberships may be cancelled with a 30-day written notice after the initial 3-month commitment has been completed.
