A published menu is a starting point, not a prescription
The published program index
Select a name. See the context.
Choose an entry to open its profile. The questions help you prepare for a consultation; they do not recommend a treatment or determine eligibility.
Prices are displayed as program enrollment information, not medication purchases. Listing does not ensure that a compound can be lawfully supplied, that a request will be approved, or that any outcome will occur. Confirm current terms with Velvet.
A name is not a plan. A better question is a beginning.
How a request moves forward
The decision is clinical.
The menu helps you start a conversation. It does not replace the steps that come before any prescription or treatment.
Medical intake
Complete the required health history and consent. Tell the provider about medications and what you hope to discuss.
Provider assessment
A licensed provider reviews the request and may ask for a consultation or more information. Eligibility is individual.
A clear next step
The provider may approve, modify, or decline a plan. When approved, a prescription is fulfilled by a licensed U.S. partner pharmacy.
Before you enroll
Ask the questions that count.
The exact substance, formulation, route, evidence, source, and your medical history matter more than any broad category label.
01 Is this a medication purchase?
No. Velvet describes program enrollment and states it does not sell or dispense prescription medications or injectable compounds. No medication is provided without licensed provider authorization. Ask what the enrollment fee covers and what happens if the provider declines treatment.
02 What is known about safety?
Evidence and risks vary by substance and route. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. FDA has identified potential significant safety risks for certain peptide substances used in compounding. Ask about the exact formulation and current regulatory status. Read FDA peptide information.
03 What about NAD+?
NAD+ has a normal role in cellular energy metabolism, but that does not establish clinical benefit from a specific therapy. FDA has reported adverse reactions with certain compounded injectable NAD+ products and warned about ingredient suitability for sterile preparations. Read the FDA notice.
04 What should I confirm about cost?
Confirm the current enrollment price, what it includes, whether consultation or labs are separate, refund terms, and the next step if you are not eligible. Program names and prices can change.
