Important Information

• Only hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers can be dissolved with Hylenex®. Fillers such as Radiesse®, Sculptra®, Bellafill®, and silicone cannot be dissolved with this treatment.

• Some patients require more than one treatment session depending on the type, amount, and age of the filler.

• Results vary, and complete removal cannot be guaranteed in a single session.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does dissolving hurt? Most patients describe a brief stinging sensation. The area is treated quickly, and we take every step to keep you comfortable.

How fast will I see results? Dissolving begins working within hours. Most swelling settles within 24–48 hours, with final results visible around two weeks.

Will my face look deflated? No. Because we use ultrasound, we dissolve only the problem filler. And remember — your natural tissue was there before filler ever was.

Can I get filler again afterward? Yes. We recommend waiting at least two weeks after your final dissolving session before re-injection.

I got my filler somewhere else. Can you still treat me? Absolutely. Many of our dissolving patients come to us to correct work done elsewhere.
