About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Velvet Couture Medspa website and to appointment, service, and purchase information made available through it. “Velvet Couture,” “we,” and “our” refer to Velvet Couture Medspa PLLC. By using the website or booking a service, you agree to the applicable terms and policies presented at booking. Your signed intake, consent, treatment, membership, or checkout terms may provide additional details for a particular service.

If a booking or purchase screen states a specific price, deposit, program term, or cancellation condition, review those details before completing that transaction. Contact us if anything is unclear.

Medical information and eligibility

Website descriptions are general information, not individualized medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, or a guarantee of treatment or results. A licensed provider determines medical eligibility and makes clinical decisions after an appropriate evaluation, which may be in person or by telemedicine when appropriate. Services, medications, and treatment plans may be declined, changed, or stopped when clinically indicated.

Velvet Couture is not a pharmacy and does not itself dispense or ship prescription medications. When a provider issues a prescription, fulfillment may occur through a licensed pharmacy. A prescription is never guaranteed.

Appointments and deposits

A deposit is generally required to reserve treatment appointments and is credited toward the applicable service when you attend. The current homepage describes a $50 standard appointment deposit; a particular event, package, or booking may display a different amount at checkout. The amount and conditions shown when you book govern that reservation.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Under the currently posted appointment policy, a late cancellation, late reschedule, or missed appointment forfeits the applicable deposit. A one-time courtesy reschedule is available when notice is given within the required window. Please arrive about 10 minutes early for paperwork. A late arrival may shorten the service or require rescheduling.

We may decline future bookings after repeated late cancellations or missed appointments. A service-specific booking agreement may include additional terms; those terms are shown before payment or acceptance.

Payments, refunds and subscriptions

Prices, service duration, and availability may change. The amount presented at checkout or confirmed before treatment applies to that purchase. Payment for a service does not guarantee clinical eligibility or a particular outcome.

Consultation fees are nonrefundable after a medical review has occurred. If a provider determines that you are not eligible for a program, unused program fees, excluding any completed consultation, will be refunded under the currently posted policy. Prescription medications cannot be refunded once processed by the pharmacy. Subscription-based programs may be canceled before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms presented at enrollment.

For retail products, packages, memberships, promotional offers, and payment plans, review the applicable checkout or signed agreement for item-specific return, billing, and cancellation terms. Questions about a charge can be sent to us using the contact information below.

Website and communications

Please provide accurate information when booking or contacting us. Do not use the website unlawfully, impersonate another person, interfere with its operation, or upload harmful code. You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it and for using the designated patient intake or booking system for sensitive medical details.

Appointment and care-related calls, emails, or texts may be used to coordinate services. Promotional messages, where offered, are subject to the opt-in choices and terms given at sign-up; consent to marketing is not a condition of receiving medical care. Content, links and changes

Site text, design, and images are provided for informational use. Trademarks and third-party products remain the property of their owners. You may not reproduce site content for commercial use without permission. Links to independent booking, pharmacy, financing, or other providers are offered for convenience; those providers may have separate terms and privacy notices.

We may update this website and these terms. The “Last updated” date at the end of this page identifies this version. Changes apply prospectively when posted, except where law or an agreement requires a different process.

Texas law and questions

These terms are governed by Texas law to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived or replaces a patient’s signed clinical consent or a required notice of privacy practices.
