Medical Disclaimer

Velvet Couture Medspa does not sell or dispense prescription medications. All medications are prescribed only after a medical evaluation by a licensed provider. Prescriptions, when approved, are fulfilled and shipped by licensed U.S. partner pharmacies in compliance with state and federal law.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical services, consultation fees are non-refundable once a medical review has occurred.

If a patient is deemed ineligible for treatment during the provider evaluation, any unused program fees (excluding consultation fees) will be refunded.

Prescription medications cannot be refunded once processed by the pharmacy.

Patients may cancel subscription-based programs prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellation & Booking Policy

At Velvet Couture Medspa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Due to high demand and limited availability, we kindly ask that you respect the following policy:

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your visit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $100 fee or forfeiture of the deposit (whichever is greater)

  • No-shows will be charged the same fee

Follow-Up Appointments

Follow-up appointments are reserved exclusively for existing patients and are still subject to our cancellation policy.

  • Late cancellations or missed follow-ups will incur a $50 fee

Cancellation Fee Credit

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Any cancellation fee paid may be applied as a credit toward a future service if rebooked within 14 days.
