The Injector Shadowing Experience at Velvet Couture MedSpa is a private, in-person observational opportunity designed for licensed medical professionals seeking real-world exposure to aesthetic medicine and medspa operations.
This experience provides a behind-the-scenes look into how a successful medspa operates from consultations to advanced injectable treatments while emphasizing safety, technique, and workflow.

Do I receive a certification or CE credits?
No. Training is an educational experience and does not provide certification. The Shadow Experience does not provide certification or CE credits.
Is the Shadow Experience hands-on?
No. It is strictly observational, with no hands-on injecting or patient contact. You observe live patient treatments, consultations and medspa workflow, with real-time Q&A with Natilia.
Who can apply?
Licensed medical professionals with an active medical license: Medical Doctors (MD), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Physician Assistants (PA) and Registered Nurses (RN). All training is by approval only.
How is private training different from a course?
It is a one-on-one mentorship, not a group course and not a lecture. You inject live patients the entire session, with Natilia correcting your technique in real time.
What does private training cost?
The Intro Training Day is $1,800 for four hours with four live models. On-Site Training at your location is $2,500 plus a flat travel stipend for flight and accommodations, quoted at booking.
What deposit is required?
Private training requires a non-refundable $600 deposit. Final payment is due the day of training.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
All training fees are non-refundable once confirmed. For the Shadow Experience, one reschedule is permitted with 7+ days’ notice.
When and where does training happen?
The Shadow Experience runs in Houston, Texas on Saturdays and Sundays, with limited availability. Intro Training Days are at our Houston Heights location. On-Site Training happens at your location.
